New York friends: go to the IFC Center to check out Brent Green’s “Gravity Was Everywhere Back Then”. It’s a unique feature film based on the story of Leonard Wood- the man whose house was used for the Louisville Burn to Shine. It’s running for the rest of this week, closing on Friday night, the 14th.
I grew up in rural Oklahoma...I spent many years in Louisville, Kentucky...and I am now in Brooklyn, New York.
I am formerly of the bands Lucky Pineapple, Tyrone, Phantom Family Halo, and Bodyhammer, all from Louisville.
I now play with Shilpa Ray and write/perform songs under the name Cat Casual.
